    • Collect or Free Delivery! Join the thousands of people that use our FREE repeat prescription service.
    • Join the service by completing the simple nomination form, we can then take care of your prescriptions. We serve surgeries across the UK.

    Order your prescription

    • Order your prescription from the pharmacy using the prescription order form below. You can even upload your repeat prescription slip to make the process even easier.
    • Allow at least 5 working days for us to collect your prescription and prepare your medicines.

    Prescriptions on its way

    • Once you’ve ordered your prescription, allow 5 working days for us to prepare your medicines
    • Then either collect from the pharmacy OR
    • Have your medicines delivered FREE to your address in Okehampton
